Barre is a full-body workout that blends light weights, small isometric movements, and core work. It's high intensity but easy on your joints — no jumping, no running, no dance experience needed.
Every class is instructor-led with hands-on form corrections. You'll work your arms, thighs, seat, and abs in ways a treadmill never finds. Your legs will shake. That means it's working.
