What to Wear
Leggings and a fitted top. Grippy socks required (we sell them if you need a pair). Bring water.

Paid parking available in the city garage in our building. Free options a short walk away at Publix or Brittlebank Park.
Mt Pleasant

The Class
Every class is 60 minutes and works your entire body. Here's how it breaks down:
Warm Up
Planks, push-ups & cardio to fire up the muscles
Arms
Light weights, high reps to sculpt and tone
Thighs & Seat
Small isometric movements at the barre
Abs & Back
Core work to build strength and stability
Stretch
Cool down and lengthen everything you just worked
